Happy Tuesday Cult lovers!
This week I've decided to take a break from my beloved D.I.Y's and instead give you a little slice of what adventure I embarked upon this weekend! There is only one Sunday out of every month that gives me anxiety, joy and nostalgia....

I've had many different Rose Bowl experiences throughout the years. I love how my time there is extremely affected by who I attend it with. It is to much fun to go with my fashion loving friends because we scout out trendsetters and negotiate prices on covetable band tees. There can be stressful days when I'm looking for a very specific piece of furniture, but the thrill of the hunt and the sound of my alarm clock screaming at the crack of dawn is what makes the adventure so amazing!

That said, my FAVORITE times at the Rose Bowl are with my dear ol' mom! I'll be moving soon so this was our last Pasadena visit for a while. Walking the aisles with her is a very zen like experience. No pressure to purchase anything or have a "purpose" for going. I think she'd much rather walk up to booths and tell me stories about how she "had one of those dolls growing up" or how my grandpa "had one of those chairs and he couldn't pay someone to take it away! Now it's Danish Modern and very valuable".

I'm usually a glassware girl but the beautiful and colorful baskets gave me some fabulous ideas for basket succulent planters!

Vintage bathing suits in fantastic neons paired with muted tones...Amazing!
P.S- we could see our "ONE TRACK MINDS" pal, Heather Caye, pulling off that geometrical print to the right beautifully!!!

If you know FBLMNDS, you also know we love us some TIE DYE! So much summer styled tie dye was out there this time but the range of color was great on this rack!

And lastly,
a little thing my mama and I like to do...spot the creepy toys!
They're cute. They're cuddly...and they're slightly terrifying!

Until next week...FBLMNDS signing out!
