POOLSIDE

Los Angeles based duo Filip Nikolic and Jeffrey Paradise are POOLSIDE...a self described "daytime disco" band.

Each coming from some killer bands (Nikolic was a part of Junior Senior, and Paradise formed The Rapture!)...this duo has made one of the best summer time albums- "Pacific Standard Time".   Check it out!!

F@#% YEAHHHHHHHHHHH FEST!!!!!!!!!

FYF

In ONE WEEK, I'll be in the California sunshine at FYF!!! F-YEAH FEST has previously only been a one day event...but this year the awesomeness carries on for two days!! YEAHHHH!!

If you're in the LA area, hit this fest up next weekend!! An amazing lineup, and the LA State historic park Downtown make for an amazing time!! (oh, and I'll be there!!) ;)

Here are some of my faves that will be playing on Sunday next week-

Twin Shadow, Father John Misty, Nick Waterhouse, King Khan and the Shrines, not to mention a FAVE from the past that was just added to the lineup...THE FAINT!!
