Death Grips started as an experimental rap project in Sacramento...combining punk, hip hop, and noise, and stirring up quite a bit of controversy...
They were dropped by their label, Epic Records, in November because they self-released their sophomore album on a website and shared on twitter and soundcloud...
and they've been called BAND OF THE YEAR by a few well-known music mag's and websites.
